Communication can be defined as a process of sending and receiving messages with meanings attached to it (Uhl-Bien, Schermerhorn Jr & Osborn, 2013). It is considered as the life force of the groups and firms or organizations. The four main classifications of communication include verbal, nonverbal, written and visual. The process of communication includes the sender, the encoding of the intended message, communication channel, receiver, decoding of the message and feedback.
